Steps Animated Banner Creation:
1. Make 2 or 3 Banner with Paint, Photoshop, or the like.
2. Open Site Picasion. Click HERE!!!
3. Click "Choose File" to upload images.
4. Repeat 3 Ways To Uploading Pictures Other.
5. Select Size and Level drift velocity.
6. Click the "Create Animation".
7. HTML Code Appears Ready To Be Installed Blog. :)
